What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile, date of birth, address), payment tokens (never full card numbers), your syndicate shares and winnings, identity documents when required, marketing preferences, and the advertising click that brought you to us.
Why
To run your membership (contract), to verify age and identity and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest), to pay winnings, to send service messages, and, with your consent, jackpot alerts and offers.
Sharing
Our ticket agent, payment processor, email provider, identity verification provider and CRM host. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
For as long as you have an account and afterwards as long as the law requires (typically six years for financial records).
