Syndicate Agreement
Draft, last edited 18 September 2026.
Plain-English agreement between each member and IMM Administration Ltd as syndicate organiser. Modelled on LottoSocial's structure; roles and wording to be confirmed by counsel.
1. The roles
- Organiser: IMM Administration Ltd. Runs the website, keeps the register of members and shares, charges the membership fee, checks results and distributes winnings.
- Ticket agent: [the contracted ticket purchase provider]. Buys and holds the official tickets for each syndicate.
- Member: you.
2. What a share is
Each syndicate holds 10 lines in one draw. It has up to 49 equal shares. Your share entitles you to an equal part of every prize those 10 lines win in that draw.
3. Your claim reference
For every draw you are entered into, you receive a claim reference. It records your share and stays valid even if you later leave, pause, or a payment fails.
4. Before the draw
The syndicate's lines and, once purchased, the ticket scan are shown in your account before the draw. Lines may be replaced at checkout if a syndicate is full; you are then placed in the next available syndicate for the same draw, or the next draw.
5. After the draw
We check every ticket against the official result and credit each share's part of any prize to the member's wallet. [Timescale, minimum payout and payout method to follow decision.] Large prizes may require identity verification and may be paid by the ticket agent directly.
6. Ongoing membership
Ongoing members are entered into every draw of their lottery while their weekly fee is paid. Pause suspends entries and charges for four weeks. Leaving ends future entries immediately.
7. Disputes
Any dispute about a share or a prize is raised with us first; we aim to resolve it within 30 days. [Mediation and any assurance fund to follow counsel.]
