1. Who we are
Live Lottos is operated by IMM Administration Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, company number [company number to be supplied], registered office [registered office to be supplied]. We organise managed lottery syndicates. We do not run a lottery, we are not a lottery promoter and we do not take bets. [Regulatory statement to follow counsel's opinion.]
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom, and hold one account only. You must give accurate details and keep them up to date. We may ask for proof of identity, age or address at any time and before paying out winnings.
3. Syndicate shares
A share is one equal part of a syndicate that holds 10 lines in one draw of the stated lottery. The number of shares in a syndicate is stated before you join (up to 49). The ticket is bought from the official operator and held for the syndicate. The Syndicate Agreement sets out the rights that come with a share.
4. Membership fee and payments
Your first draw costs the price shown at checkout. Ongoing membership renews weekly at the price shown, until you pause or leave. Payments are taken from the card you register. If a payment fails we may remove your share from future draws; a share already entered into a draw remains valid.
5. Pausing, leaving and refunds
You can pause for four weeks or leave any syndicate at any time from your account, with no notice period. Refunds are set out in Refunds and Cancellation.
6. Winnings
Prizes won by a syndicate's lines are divided equally between the shares and credited to your wallet after the operator confirms the result. [Payout method, minimum payout and timescales to follow decision.] Claims must be made within 180 days of the draw.
7. Promotions
Offers such as the £1 first draw are limited to one per person, household, device and payment card. See Promotion Terms.
8. Fair use
Multiple accounts, sharing accounts, automated tools, exploiting errors, false claims and unjustified chargebacks are prohibited and may result in closure and forfeiture of winnings.
9. Liability
Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law. [Cap and exclusions to be drafted by counsel.]
