Live Rewards
A reward envelope every month you stay a member. What is inside is fixed by the week you have reached, and it gets better the longer you stay. Nothing is drawn at random.
How it works
1Stay a member. Your first envelope arrives with your third weekly payment.
2One more every four weeks. It waits in your account, and we email you when it is ready.
3Open it. The reward goes straight onto your account. A free share is a real share: any winnings are yours.

After your first year an envelope still arrives every four weeks, each with a free share in every UK syndicate and £3 account credit, and the anniversary envelope returns every 52 weeks.
Two more ways to earn an envelope
Live Friends. Share the link from your account. When a friend joins through it and makes their first full-price payment, you each get an envelope with a free share in a second syndicate for a week.
Welcome Back. If you stopped 30 or more days ago and start again, a welcome-back envelope arrives in your first week.
The small print, in plain English
- A paid week is a weekly membership payment that went through. Paused or stopped memberships do not earn envelopes until they are paying again.
- One envelope per person for each milestone, however many syndicates you belong to. The count follows your longest-running membership.
- An envelope waits 14 days. If you have not opened it by then, it opens itself and the reward is added to your account. Nothing you have earned is lost.
- A free share lasts one paid week and does not renew or charge your card. It counts towards the limit of five shares in one syndicate.
- If you already belong to every syndicate, "a free share in a second syndicate" becomes a second share in your own.
- Account credit can be spent on any share. It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Rewards cannot be transferred. We may change or end Live Rewards with 30 days' notice; envelopes already earned are honoured.
